About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Python Developer who thrives on solving real business problems with clean, scalable code. You’ll be part of a fast-growing tech-driven company, building systems that power ERP workflows, automation, and large-scale integrations . If you love working with Python, ERP (Odoo), and modern tech stacks while collaborating with cross-functional teams, this is the place for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications .
- Work hands-on with ERP systems (preferably Odoo/Odoo.sh) for custom modules and integrations.
- Build and consume REST APIs for seamless connectivity with third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, operations) to translate ideas into working features.
- Maintain proper Git-based version control and follow best coding practices.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong command over Python programming .
- Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo/Odoo.sh highly preferred).
- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience working with REST APIs and Git .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript ).
Eligibility
- Education : B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field (Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges preferred).
- Experience : 2–3 years in Python development.
