We are hiring for Senior Technical Project Manager - Delhi locationAbout the RolePlease find the roles and responsibilities listed below:ResponsibilitiesIndependently handle projects on all aspects from concept stage to implementation. (H/w Management, peripheral security, firewall, WAF, IPS, GIGW, application security)The candidate must have independently handled at least two large projects (team of 50-75 developers) on all aspects from concept stage to implementationAssessment of project needs and their resolutions, system integration, quality assurance besides handling project teams.He / She should be aware of software, mobile, and telecom technology tools and deployment issues.Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support goals set for project.Developing success criterion of each phase/stage of the project.Develop full-scale project plans using agile methodology and associated communications documents.Proactively assess project resources hardware, software and manpower requirements and continuously monitor their performance and work in coordination for fulfilment of requirements in time.Implement project quality and security policies and manage project library and security program.Developing and review of tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel in project.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones and track project milestones and deliverables and developing action plan to troubleshoot delays and remain on time.Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, BizTalk Server, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, WCF, .NET, SQL Server, VB.NET, C Sharp, messaging tools.Understanding of Microservices design patterns and principles.Proficiency in languages like Java, Python, Node.Js, etc.Achievement of critical performance metrics including all required Service Level Requirements (SLRs) on a 24x7 basis are a key focus of this position and is required to collaborate with other associates and functional business teams to build, deliver, and support effective, creative solutions aligned to specified business initiatives.SkillsProject Leadership & Management - End-to-end project handling (concept to implementation) - Large-scale project management (teams of 50–75 developers) - Defining project scope, goals, deliverables - Developing success criteria for project phases - Agile project planning and communication - Resource assessment and coordination (hardware, software, manpower) - Task assignment and responsibility management - Timeline and milestone tracking - Delay troubleshooting and action planning - Performance metrics and SLR achievement (24x7 operations) Technology & Development Skills - Software development for web and mobile apps - Middleware development (BizTalk Server) - Business rule creation using BRE - Performance and time window management - Messaging tools integration - Development/configuration management: o Orchestrations, Maps, Pipelines o Port Configuration o XSD, XSLT, XML o xQueries/jQueries optimization Programming & Frameworks - .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core - VB.NET, C# - Java, Python, Node.Js - SQL Server - SSIS, SSRS - Microservices design patterns and principles Security & Compliance - Application security (OWASP) - Cert-IN guidelines - Firewall, WAF, IPS, GIGW - Security policy implementation - Audit trail/log management - Deployment documentation and interface controls Collaboration & Integration - Cross-functional team collaboration - System integration and quality assurance - Coordination with business and technical teams
