The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT hardware, network troubleshooting, and on-site support. This role involves working directly with clients, resolving technical issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair tasks on IT systems.Coordinate with remote teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.Document all work performed, including issues, resolutions, and equipment handled.Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.Support deployment of new systems and upgrades as required.Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and timely service.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–4 years of experience as a Field Engineer, IT Support Engineer, or similar role.Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking.Experience with installations, break-fix tasks, device imaging, and system upgrades.Familiarity with routers, switches, cabling, and network diagnostics.Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.Experience working in data centers or high-security environments.Knowledge of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience.Opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.Supportive team environment with room for professional growth.
