The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project governance frameworks, contract management, RFP processes, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR), with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder government projects. Key Responsibilities: - Project Governance & Oversight: - Establish and manage project governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and review frameworks. - Monitor adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and compliance standards. - Track project performance metrics and ensure alignment with program objectives and KPIs. - Contractual Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure adherence to all contractual terms and obligations between government and vendor entities. - Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to scope, cost, and delivery. - Liaise with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with government norms and contractual frameworks. - RFP & Procurement Support: - Draft, review, and evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents. - Support bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract finalization processes. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements. - Business Process Reengineering (BPR): - Analyze and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency and transparency. - Lead stakeholder workshops to identify gaps and define new workflows aligned with digital transformation goals. - Develop process documentation, SOPs, and implementation roadmaps. - Stakeholder Management & Coordination: - Act as a key interface between government departments, vendors, and internal project teams. - Facilitate review meetings, status updates, and governance reporting. - Ensure alignment between project goals, policy objectives, and stakeholder expectations. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and PMO best practices. - Expertise in contract management and government procurement norms (GFR, GeM, RFPs, etc.). - Demonstrated experience in Business Process Reengineering and process optimization. - Proven ability to manage large-scale government or PSU projects. - Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. - Strong knowledge of MS Office, Project Management tools (MS Project / Primavera), and reporting dashboards. - Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / Six Sigma will be an added advantage. Qualification: - BE/BTech / MCA .
