JD- Sr. PHE BIM MODELERPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS - The Candidate should have basic technical & design knowledge about PHE services for various buildings like Residential Towers, Offices & Commercial, shopping malls, Hospitals, and Hotels. - The candidate must have good knowledge in GCC Projects specific BIM process, Standards & Methodology. - The Candidate should have basic Technical Knowledge and working experience on other MΕΡ services including Electrical & ELV, HVAC & FPS to have better coordination with all Building Services - Modeler should work in coordination with other team members and team lead for all project. - The candidate must have MEP design orientated BIM Modeling. - The candidate must have good knowledge in GFC/IFC drawings, Contractor shop drawings, Fabrication drawings & As built drawing preparation and incoordination other building services from LOD 300 to LOD 400 - Capable of Understanding and working in accordance with defined BIM execution plan. - The candidate must have site knowledge to understand the site related issues specifically and work accordingly. - The candidate must have the knowledge about 2D drawing preparation with detailing and annotation - Basic knowledge about 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D & 7D Modelling in construction project.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONBE/B.Tech/Dip in (Mechanical Engineering)Minimum 3 to 5 Years of working experience in BIM Modeling in PHE Services in coordination with other Building Services in GCC specific projects, BIM process, standards & Methodology.
