1. Strong background in organic chemistry with spectroscopic and analytical knowledge.
2. Literature search followed by design the synthesis route
3. Conduct technical experiments in lab
4. Document experimental work and write technical and invention reports
5. strong emphasis on safety and the researcher will be responsible for conducting thorough safety analysis of experimental processes
6. Excellent time manager with the ability to work independently.
7. To demonstrate the lab developed synthetic processes.
8. Experience in working as part of a multidisciplinary research team.
9. Follow EHS policies and Responsible care
10. Safety of individual, sub-ordinates and maintaining of safe environment in lab.
11. Effluent and MOC study of developed products in the R&D lab.
12. To prepare data required for Hazop studies of developed products to ensure the reaction safety during the sacle-up.
13. Technology transfer from R&D lab to pilot plant and manufacturing plant.
