Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Ahmedabad. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include but not limited to analyzing campaign results, optimizing strategies, managing budgets, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with the content and design teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals

What You'll Own:

You'll work directly with the founder and manage ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and more — for clients in SaaS, BFSI, Real Estate, and more

  • End-to-end campaign execution (Google Search, Display, Meta Ads)
  • Daily optimization to improve CPL, CTR, ROAS
  • Keyword planning, audience targeting, and ad testing
  • Campaign reporting using Looker Studio + internal templates
  • Collaborate with our in-house design + content teams for creatives
  • Run A/B tests, spot fatigue, and suggest sharp creative angles
  • Weekly performance reviews and improvement planning

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2–5 years of hands-on experience running campaigns
  • Can read metrics and know what to do when ROAS/CPL dips
  • Are structured with reporting and daily reviews
  • Know how to manage budgets, spot waste, and adjust fast
  • Communicate clearly (we hate waiting and guessing)
  • Have experience with tools like Looker Studio, Google Sheets (or are quick to learn)

Bonus Points:

  • Worked with B2B or international clients (UAE, Asia, US)
  • Know how to create ad hooks or collaborate with copy/design
  • Have handled campaigns with 6-figure budgets
  • Experience with social media marketing and SEO is a plus.
