Role Overview

:

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive with a strong electrical background to conduct on-ground solar site visits across Delhi NCR. The site visits will be pre-scheduled by our tele-calling team, and the candidate will also be responsible for a few self-initiated follow-up calls with potential customers

.


Key Reaponsibilities

Visit customer sites for solar assessment visits (appointments scheduled in advance

) Conduct technical evaluations – rooftop space, shading, electrical loa

d Explain the benefits of solar power and our product offerings to customer

s Assist in lead conversion through field-level persuasion and technical know-ho

w Make follow-up calls and visits to potential customers as per assignment

s Provide detailed reports, site photographs, and feedback from visit

s Act as a bridge between the on-site realities and back-end team coordinatio

n

Who We're Looking For

:

Experience in Field Sales / B2C Sales – preferably in Solar, Electrical, or Energy industri

es Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (mu

st) Strong communication and interpersonal sk

ills Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effect

ively Should own a bike/two-wheeler or have the ability to travel regularly within Del
