In-App Merchandiser

Role Overview:

Spencer’s Retail, part of the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, is a leading multi-format retailer with a strong presence in food and grocery. As we expand our quick commerce platform, Jiffy, we are looking for an In-App Merchandiser to support merchandising execution, improve customer engagement, and optimize the shopping experience. Major Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage in-app customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
• Execute in-app marketing plans, category promotions, and campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Work on product catalog listing, updating, and optimization for discoverability and conversions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (category, sourcing, marketing) for timely execution.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with category teams to prevent shortages.
• Track and analyze performance data, reporting key insights on engagement, conversion, and campaigns.

What we are looking for:

• 1-5 Years of experience in site merchandising or related field.
• Basic understanding of online merchandising, promotions, and customer behavior.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Important Note:

• Candidates applying for the Bangalore location must be open to relocating to Kolkata for the initial 3 months of training and team integration.
