We have a well-rounded management team, with senior personnel in fund management, compliance, risk, marketing, investor servicing and operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of graphic design & video editing experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or agency environments
  • Experience in being AI forward & in leveraging evolving technologies to increase productivity of multimedia production
  • Experience with the most-used graphic‐design platforms (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, Canva and CorelDRAW)
  • Experience with top video editing platforms (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve 20) in colour-grading, multi-camera sync, audio sweetening and export optimisation; comfortable with AI-assisted editors such as Descript
  • Demonstrated ability to transform long-form webinars or podcasts into high-impact Reels/Shorts that hook viewers within the first 3 seconds
  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity in design
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to present creative rationale to Senior Leadership, Compliance and external vendors with clarity and confidence

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create & repurpose high-quality static, interactive and motion assets for web, social, email, print, events and OOH
  • Edit & grade long-form video (webinars, learning series, podcast shoots) and slice it into multiple platform-tailored shorts with captions, motion graphics and vertical/horizontal aspect ratios
  • Produce multi-camera video podcasts end-to-end: audio mixing, B-roll, transitions, thumbnails and chapter markers for YouTube, Spotify & Apple Podcasts
  • Ensure every deliverable complies with SEBI/AMFI rules: embed mandatory risk disclaimers, retain legibility and obtain Compliance sign-off before release
  • Maintain brand guidelines, style libraries and 300 DPI print templates; evolve them to incorporate 2025 trends such as immersive 3-D visuals and AI-assisted layouts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider marketing team, leadership, investments & research teams to turn data stories into infographics and explainer videos that simplify complex market concepts. Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and revise artwork as needed
  • Track & analyse creative performance (CTR, view-through rate, engagement), A/B-test variants and iterate based on insights
  • Liaise with printers, production houses, design agencies and stock libraries to uphold colour accuracy, rights compliance and service-level timelines
  • Stay on brand: Ensure all design work aligns with Mutual funds company brand identity, values, and style guidelines
  • Manage repository: Help manage and organize digital assets, artwork files, and templates
