Job Description:

Our client is into various Solar product range which includes the reliable solar PV connectors and solar junction boxes.

Job Requirements :

  1. Experience – Minimum 05 Years of experience into the design and development of electrical components with a focus on solar PV systems. Proficiency in electrical CAD software and simulation tools is desirable.
  2. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics OR Mechanical Engineering

Mandatory Requirement :

  1. Experience & knowledge in Electrical/Electronic design robustness of Solar products specializing in Solar products, responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of Solar product solutions for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Key Responsibilities :

The position requires collaboration with cross- functional teams to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of solar products, contributing to the advancement of renewable energy technologies.

1. Design and develop Solar products meeting industry standards (IEC, UL, CE etc.)

2. Perform portfolio gap analysis

3. Perform Competitive Benchmarking

4. Concept designs & design optimization per customer requirements/industry standards

5. Develop Test plan & perform Design Verification and Validation

6. Liaise with external partners/suppliers for development

7. Transition products for industrialization and commercialization
