About the Role:

IREU Education is seeking experienced faculty members to teach our PGDM in Entrepreneurship program. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneur, startup mentor, or professor with real-world startup experience. You will be responsible for delivering practical, hands-on entrepreneurship education and mentoring aspiring startup founders.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Development

- Deliver courses on startup fundamentals, business modeling, fundraising, and scaling startups

- Design and implement case studies, real-world projects, and pitch competitions

- Guide students through incubation, startup ideation, and business validation

Mentorship & Industry Engagement

- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students launching their startups

- Bring in guest speakers from venture capital, angel networks, and successful startups

- Assist students in preparing for investor pitches and business plan competitions

Research & Innovation

- Stay updated with startup trends, venture funding, and emerging business models

- Develop research papers, industry reports, and entrepreneurship case 2+ years of experience in teaching, entrepreneurship, or startup incubation

- Prior experience as a startup founder, mentor, or investor is highly preferred

- Deep knowledge of lean startup methodology, business models, and fundraising

- Strong network within startup ecosystems, accelerators, and VCs

- Experience in conducting workshops, hackathons, and startup events

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Entrepreneurship, Business, or related field

Certification in Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or Startup Acceleration is a plus
