Role Summary We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with strong experience in PropTech or real-estate technology solutions. This role acts as the bridge between the client and our workflow engineering team, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, translating business needs into workflow specifications, and validating delivery quality. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience, excellent client-facing skills, a strong understanding of real estate processes (leasing, onboarding, lead management, tours, tenant lifecycle, etc.), and the ability to perform end-to-end functional validation. Responsibilities Attend requirement-gathering calls with the client’s sales, implementation, and product teams. Understand PropTech processes and terminology (leasing workflows, property operations, CRM flows, tenant journey, etc.). Convert business requirements into structured workflow specifications, acceptance criteria, and user stories. Work closely with the workflow engineering team to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements. Perform functional testing/UAT and validate workflows before client delivery. Review team output for correctness, data mapping, logic alignment, and end-to-end flow. Maintain documentation, requirement specs, and workflow diagrams. Provide regular updates to internal leadership and collaborate with the Technical Lead to ensure high-quality delivery. Identify gaps, edge cases, and improvements in workflow design based on domain expertise. Required Skills 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar client-facing role. Strong understanding of PropTech / real estate technology platforms, CRM/ERP flows, leasing lifecycle, prospect management, etc. Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into technical workflow requirements. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n / Make / Zapier) is a strong plus. Experience supporting engineering teams in delivering high-quality functional solutions
