The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the scalability and availability of applications and infrastructure through performance testing and optimization.Main Responsibilities:* Conduct performance testing and optimization for applications and infrastructure to ensure scalability and availability* Monitor system reliability and implement chaos engineering practices to proactively identify and mitigate potential system vulnerabilities* Define and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets* Provide debugging and support for applications, with a thorough understanding of REST APIsRequirements:* 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role* Proven track record of independently executing customer-facing roles and building effective teams* Demonstrated ability in working on RFPs/proposalsTechnical Skills:* Strong experience with software engineering and development in .NET, Go, Python, C++, Ruby, Java, or similar* Proficiency in writing exporters and collectors, and instrumenting services* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and automation across applications/services and infrastructure managementQualification:* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
