Join a team that bridges technology and creativity to create impactful digital experiences.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a 3D Artist with strong VFX knowledge who is passionate about creating high-quality game assets and visually compelling ad creatives for mobile games, AR/VR experiences, and interactive platforms.In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, you will be responsible for producing both in-game 3D assets and marketing-focused ad creatives, including VFX-driven visuals, that enhance player engagement and drive user acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality 3D assets including characters, props, environments, and objects for mobile, PC, and AR/VR games.Design visually engaging 3D ad creatives, promotional visuals, and cinematic shots with VFX elements for game marketing and performance ads.Create and integrate VFX effects such as particles, explosions, magical effects, UI effects, and environmental effects for games and ads.Develop lighting, composition, camera setups, and VFX sequences for trailers, gameplay showcases, and ad creatives.Ensure consistency in art style, visual effects quality, color, and overall presentation across game assets and marketing materials.Iterate on assets and VFX based on internal reviews, performance insights, and creative feedback.Stay updated with current trends in game VFX, real-time effects, and mobile ad creatives.QualificationsProficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or equivalent.Strong knowledge of VFX (mandatory) including particle systems, shaders, and real-time effects.Experience with VFX tools such as Nuke, After Effects, or similar.Strong experience with texturing tools like Substance Painter or equivalent.Solid understanding of lighting, materials, shaders, and rendering for both in-game visuals and ad creatives.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail, timing, and visual storytelling.CompensationSalary: ₹20,000 per month (fixed)Work LocationThis is a full-time, on-site role based in our Noida office.Why Join Us?Design for global mobile and VR game titles.Learn and grow in a dynamic, expanding game studio.Work on meaningful, high-impact interactive products.Join a team that blends creativity, technology, and innovation.
