Job Description:

  • Design Digital Creatives - Create compelling social media assets, infographics, videos, and template-based designs for various platforms.
  • Develop Brand Collaterals - Design pitch decks, case studies, emailers, web pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials aligned with the brand identity.
  • Website Maintenance - Regularly update and manage the company website using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring content and design accuracy.
  • Cross-functional Design Support

- Fulfil internal design requests from different teams while maintaining consistency with brand

guidelines.

- Manage and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders efficiently.

  • Event Branding - Create visual branding and display material for participation in key industry forums and IIT Bombay-hosted events.
  • Agency Collaboration - Coordinate with marketing/design agencies to ensure brand consistency across digital campaigns and visual storytelling.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Designer in a professional setting.

Required Expertise:

  • High proficiency in:

- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

- Content Platforms: WordPress, Canva, or similar CMS/design tools

  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and responsive design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with animation/motion graphics
  • Exposure to UX/UI principles or web design
