Position: QA Engineer/QA Tester

Location: Currently Remote → Delhi/Gurgaon candidates preferred (must be willing to work from office in 3–4 months)

Experience: 3–5 years in QA, preferably in SaaS or mobile-first products.

Compensation: ₹8–10 LPA (up to ₹10 LPA for candidates open to US hours)

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure our product delivers a seamless and reliable experience across web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test new features across web, iOS, and Android for smooth, consistent user experience.

  • Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases for key workflows such as messaging, payments, quoting, scheduling, and VoIP.
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases across different browsers, devices, and environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to detect and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
  • Conduct real-world testing to validate performance and reliability for field service teams.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and testing strategies as the product and team grow.


Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech preferred).
  • Strong background in manual testing, bug tracking (Jira or similar), and clear documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as:
  • Selenium / Playwright / Cypress (UI & regression testing)
  • Appium / Detox (mobile automation)
  • Postman (API testing & automation)
  • Browser Stack / Sauce Labs (cross-browser & device testing)
  • Excellent attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Bonus: Experience testing tools used by small businesses or field service teams.
Location Preferred
  • Candidates from Delhi/Gurgaon are strongly preferred.


The position will begin as remote, transitioning to work-from-office in 3–4 months at our upcoming Delhi/Gurgaon location.
