Job Summary:

We are looking for a Bulk Recruiter to join our team at The Hiring Company (THC), Delhi. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly from colleges, ITI institutes, diploma colleges, and other vocational institutes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various blue-collar and entry-level white-collar job roles across industries.


Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for bulk recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Campus Hiring: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleges, ITI institutes, diploma colleges, training institutes, and vocational centers to build a steady talent pipeline.

Mass Hiring Strategies: Execute bulk hiring drives, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and other large-scale recruitment campaigns.

Sourcing & Networking: Use various platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Shine, Indeed, Hirect, and referrals to source candidates.

Vendor & Institute Management: Collaborate with placement coordinators, vendors, and training institutes for talent acquisition.

Candidate Screening & Coordination: Conduct telephonic/video interviews, assess candidate fitment, and coordinate further hiring processes.

Data & ATS Management: Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS systems to streamline hiring.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in bulk hiring, preferably in staffing/recruitment firms, BPO, FMCG, logistics, retail, or manufacturing.

✅ Educational Background: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

✅ Sourcing Skills: Strong experience in recruiting from colleges, ITI institutes, diploma colleges, and vocational institutes.

✅ Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, ATS, job portals, and social media hiring.

✅ Good Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.

✅ Target-Driven: Ability to achieve hiring targets within tight deadlines.

✅ Flexibility: Willingness to travel for campus hiring and job fairs as required.
