\ NResponsibility of/ Expectations from the Role
\ N1 Planning, configuring, and deploying firewall systems across various platforms.
\ N2 Involved in designing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols.
\ N3 Creating and maintaining firewall rules and policies to align with security standards.
\ N4 Monitor network trafficand system logs for suspicious activity, and analyze logs to identify potential threats.
\ N5 Performing regular maintenance, upgrades, backup,monitoring and patching of firewall devices and related systems.
\ N6 Collaborate with other IT teams and departments on security-related projects, and communicate findings and recommendations.
\ N7 Participating in on-call rotations and responding to security incidents related to firewalls.
\ N8 Interacting with vendors for support and troubleshooting
\ N9 Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of firewall configurations, policies, and procedures.
