Job Description: Senior Interior Designer
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead the design process for high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative designs, managing project workflows, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Lead design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and detailing.
Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and quality execution.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
Oversee and mentor junior designers, ensuring team alignment with project objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2-3 years of professional experience in interior design with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Certification (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED) is a plus.
