Dynamic candidates are encouraged to apply for the following roles at our Baramati plant.Position:-‘Assistant Branding Manager’ Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement a branding strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives, market trends, and customer needs.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and oversee marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital and non-digital) to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns effectively.Product Launches: Coordinate product launches and rebranding initiatives, including developing launch plans, creating promotional materials.Digital & Social Media Strategy: Oversee the digital marketing and social media presence for the brand. Work with content creators and designers to produce engaging content that builds brand loyalty and attracts new customers.Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure brand alignment and incorporate customer feedback into the branding process.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing / Business / Animal Science / Agricultural Business or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the animal feed sector, including an understanding of customer needs, industry regulations, and competitive dynamics.Skills:Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and storytelling abilitiesProficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platformsExperience in managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional projectsAbility to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable brand strategiesPersonal Attributes:Self-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsCreativity with a results-driven approach· Salary and other benefits: 1.
