Job Title: Freelance SEO Specialist Location: Remote Company: Talentgigs Engagement: Freelance / Project-Based Industry: Staffing & Recruitment About Us: Talentgigs is a growing staffing and recruitment firm committed to connecting top talent with leading companies. We are currently looking for a freelance SEO expert to help optimize our website for search engines and generate inbound leads through organic traffic. Key Responsibilities: Audit the existing website for SEO issues and improvements Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, internal links, and URL structure Perform keyword research to identify high-impact search terms for the staffing/recruitment industry Create and implement an on-page and off-page SEO strategy Improve local SEO visibility for city-specific staffing searches Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat techniques Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed Set up and track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. Generate monthly reports on keyword rankings, traffic, and leads Requirements: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist (especially for service-based websites) Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, and other SEO tools Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and link-building techniques Understanding of lead generation through SEO strategies Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website structure Excellent communication and reporting skills Duration & Engagement: Freelance/Project-Based Flexible timing with regular updates Potential for long-term engagement based on performance
