You’ll work on modern databases, APIs, authentication, cloud deployments, CI/CD, and deep product engineering.You will take complete ownership of building a scalable platform on Azure and work closely with the founders to drive impact and shape engineering culture.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Full Stack + AI/ML Champion to join early and shape EduNXT’s next-generation platform. You’ll build core features, architect intelligent systems, and drive AI-led innovation in a 0-to-1, high-ownership role.ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack EngineeringBuild responsive, high-performance UIsIntegrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and 3rd-party servicesImplement secure JWT/OAuth authenticationTroubleshoot and optimize performance across web and mobileSupport deployments and automation via CI/CD pipelines on Azure & AWSWork with MySQL & PostgreSQLDevelop across Node.Js/ PHP backend and React.js/Next.js frontendAI + Intelligent SystemsIntegrate LLMs, ML pipelines, agentic workflows, and intelligent modulesBuild AI-powered automation, insights, and decision-support featuresExperiment with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, and similar frameworksRapidly prototype and deploy AI-led featuresBuild intelligent systems capable of reasoning and autonomous actionLeadership & OwnershipAct as the technical champion of the productMentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practicesCollaborate with founders on architecture and product roadmapDrive fast, high-quality developmentRequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field2+ years of hands-on development experienceStrong expertise in Next.js, and responsive UI/UXBackend experience (PHP exposure is a plus)Proficiency with PostgreSQL & MySQLExperience with RESTful APIsFamiliarity with Git, Docker, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps workflowsExperience with Python, AI/ML, LLMLs, or ML is a strong plusStrong debugging, analytical, and communication skillsStartup mindset: ownership, speed, curiosity, independence
