We’re backed by investors such as Andreessen Horowitz, Visa, and the IFC.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Analyst who can turn data into actionable insights that drive user growth, engagement, and profitability. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, & Business teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, and influence key business decisions.ResponsibilitiesData driven DecisioningChampion a data-first culture by enabling business teams to make informed, evidence-based decisions across Product, Growth, Collections, and Customer Experience.Translate business questions into structured analyses, ensuring that every strategic or operational choice is backed by quantitative insights.Partner with leadership to design metrics and success criteria for key initiatives, ensuring clear alignment between business goals and measurable outcomesEvaluate and communicate the impact of data-led interventions, using storytelling and visualization to drive executive alignment and action.Product AnalyticsWork with Product Managers and Engineers to design and analyze A/B tests that improve user experience and business outcomes.Develop dashboards and reporting to track feature adoption, conversion rates, and user behavior.Provide data-driven recommendations to shape product roadmap and customer journey design.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Customer service, Collections, Marketing and Business teams to test hypotheses, measure performance, and design scalable insights pipelines.Support multiple functions with ad-hoc analyses that clarify business performance and drive strategy.Qualifications3–7 years of experience in Analytics, ideally within Fintech, Consumer Tech, or Growth-stage startups.Fluency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and business impact.Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Strong storytelling skills — you can translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones.Benefits of JoiningMission-driven, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environmentCompetitive salary and equity packageA collaborative and flat company cultureRemote first, with the option to work in-person occasionallyFully-paid Group Medical Insurance and Personal Accidental InsuranceUnlimited paid time off including personal leave, bereavement leave, sick leaveFully paid parental leave - 6 months maternity leave and 3 months paternity leaveMonthly WFH stipend alongside a one time home office set-up budget$500 Annual professional development budgetDiscretionary trips to our offices across the globe, with global travel medical insuranceTeam meals and social events- Virtual and In-personBranch International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
