About the team :

It's an amazing & talented team of innovative and committed folks doing interesting work on "CBK",  Chargeback & Fraud reporting management application for Credit/Debit Card disputed transactions for various international and domestic networks/card schemes across the globe, We enable some of the world's largest financial institutions to manage their end to end dispute processing.

What you will be doing:

  • Develops, maintains and upgrades manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets   and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.
  • Performs usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability and security.
  • Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
  • Controls and manages own daily test activities.
  • Provides internal quality assurance.
  • Supports test lead to identify risks and develops mitigation strategies.
  • Organizes and maintains the test script library.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

  • 7-10 years of experience of working as functional/Quality analyst
  • Test Management, Defect management tools, build deployment experience is must.
  • GUI, API, Database testing
  • STLC/Agile methodology experience
  • Automation testing (good to have)
  • Good knowledge of Cloud (Azure) and on premises product deployment and troubleshooting
  • Exp in dispute management/ Charge back, payments/ card domain - ISO8583 exp is good to have.
