Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with expertise in manual and automation testing to join our team.The ideal candidate should have strong coding skills in Java/Groovy and experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks using Selenium. Hands-on experience with ERP tool testing (minimum 1+ years) is mandatory.The role requires proficiency in GIT commands, Selenium concepts, and API testing using tools like Postman/Swagger. The candidate should have hands-on experience in both API and UI automation testing and a solid understanding of Agile methodology and software testing concepts.A minimum of 4 years of IT experience is required, with at least 2 years dedicated to automation testing using Selenium with C# or Python. The candidate should also be skilled in script synchronization techniques, writing complex XPaths, and working with Version Control Systems like Git.Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner would be an added advantage.Responsibilities: Develop and automate test cases using the Katalon Automation tool to ensure high-quality ERP software testing.Write and maintain test scripts using Java/Groovy, applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and leveraging the Collections Framework.Design and implement automation frameworks, including BDD, TDD, and Hybrid models, to optimize ERP testing processes.Execute end-to-end ERP test scenarios, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across different ERP modules.Collaborate with ERP development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Git and version control best practices.Conduct API and UI automation testing, utilizing Selenium concepts and API testing tools like Postman/Swagger.Perform SQL testing, including writing complex queries with Joins to validate ERP data across multiple tables.Ensure test script reliability by implementing synchronization techniques to minimize failures and improve execution stability.Create and optimize dynamic XPaths and CSS selectors, including sibling-based and text-based strategies, for robust element identification.Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, standups, and ERP testing activities.Troubleshoot and debug automation scripts, ensuring seamless test execution and accurate defect reporting.Contribute to performance testing efforts, with a preference for experience in JMeter or LoadRunner.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1+ years in ERP tool testing (mandatory).1.5 to 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.Proficiency in Selenium with Java for automation testing is a must.Experience with Katalon automation tool is a plus.Strong expertise in Automation Frameworks (BDD, TDD, Hybrid) and their implementation.Hands-on experience with API and UI automation testing, using tools like Selenium, Postman, and Swagger.Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and execute complex queries, including Joins across multiple tables.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in software testing.Experience with Git and Version Control Systems for effective collaboration and code management.Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot automation scripts for efficient test execution.Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
