About Us

Hi We're GrowthStudioz, a Kolkata-based marketing agency. We need YOU—a creative designer with experience in crafting brand identities (logos, guidelines, social media assets), website visuals, and videos that tell compelling brand stories.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality graphics, specifically conversion Ads for D2C brands.
  • Develop creative designs based on given briefs by the internal team.
  • Use AI image-gen tools for innovative visuals.
  • Apply brand aesthetics & art direction across various design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects & meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Deliver quality output for the assigned tasks on a daily basis
  • Stay updated with design trends & continuously refine your skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop (must), Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.).
  • Experience with AI-based image generation tools is a plus.
  • Strong time-management & organizational skills.
  • Understanding of basic marketing fundamentals for designing conversion-friendly Ads.
  • Ability to communicate ideas visually & collaborate effectively.
