Job Description –
? Cluster owners would be managing 3-4 ISP/LCO partners, lead customer acquisitions and own the P&L at a Cluster Level.
? Lead consumer acquisitions
? Managing a team of LCO/ISP partners along with our LCO Manager team
? Contribute to ideas and concepts for furthering the team's objective
? Interact regularly with the teams and develop and implement sales marketing strategy for all our markets
? Track revenue achievement, occupancy, and conversion
? To lead the team to meet the business targets of revenue and profitability of the brand cluster
? Participate in all team activities, coaching and mentoring team members
? Have an on-the-go problem-solving mindset along with an out of the box thinking Lead consumer acquisitions
? Prior sales and marketing experience
? Ability to lead in a dynamic and fast paced environment
? Awareness of geographical areas
? Go getter attitude, team handling spirit
? Strong analytical skills
