**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior AI/GenAI and AI Agent Developer. Responsibilities include designing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, and ensuring the reliability of AI systems. The role also involves refining and improving data quality to build robust knowledge bases and predict future outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Spearhead the end-to-end development of Gen AI and Agentic AI products from initial design to deployment of autonomous agents.
  • Architect and orchestrate sophisticated AI agent workflows using LLMs and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Design and implement robust Responsible AI frameworks for both generative models and autonomous agent behavior.
  • Develop strategies to integrate knowledge graphs with LLMs and AI agents, enhancing reasoning and contextual understanding.
  • Build scalable and reliable data pipelines for training, evaluating, and monitoring AI and agentic systems.
  • Implement and champion MLOps best practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models and agents in production.
  • Design and develop robust APIs and communication protocols for seamless integration of AI agents and Gen AI models.
  • Engage in hands-on development, contributing directly to the core functionalities of AI agents and Gen AI features.
  • Stay at the cutting edge of AI advancements, continuously learning and implementing new techniques in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
  • Architect and deploy scalable, cloud-native AI and agentic solutions, collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven expertise in developing and deploying Gen AI models and orchestrating AI Agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Deep understanding of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG techniques within agentic system contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement Responsible AI principles for both generative models and autonomous agents.
  • Strong knowledge of knowledge graph concepts and practical experience integrating them with AI models and agents.
  • 3+ years of solid foundation in machine learning, 5+ years of Python, and proficiency in relevant AI/ML libraries.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) and implementing MLOps for AI and agent lifecycles.
  • Experience designing and developing APIs for integrating AI models and enabling effective agent communication.
  • A proactive, visionary, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for building groundbreaking intelligent systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead and work within diverse teams.
  • An advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent deep industry experience in Agentic and Generative AI.
