Job Description: SAP-Ariba Techno-Functional ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP-Ariba Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our organization, you will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Deloitte’s Ariba solutions to meet procurement needs. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technology and business processes, ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions.Responsibilities:1. Solution Design and Implementation:o Collaborate with Project teams / Stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba solutions.o Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba modules, including Procure-to-Order (P2O), Supplier Performance and Sourcing, Contracts Management, and others as required.o Customize SAP Ariba applications to align with the member firm procurement processes and business rules.2. Technical Expertise:o Provide technical expertise in SAP Ariba Buying (Downstream) solutions, including configuration, integration, approval flow setup.o Working experience in SAP Ariba Contract Management, SLP, Sourcing is good to haveo Good experience in working with Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) to track / solve integration issueso Good to have knowledge on custom mapping changes in Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)o Provide technical expertise in Guided buying configuration incl. tile design, policy configurationo Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba and other systems (SAP ERP, third-party systems, etc.).3. Business Process Optimization:o Analyze and optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.o Identify process gaps and suggest improvements, leveraging SAP Ariba capabilities.4. User Training and Support:o Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the SAP Ariba platform.5. Project Management:o Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project milestones and deliverables.6. Documentation:o Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.7. Stay Updated:o Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in SAP Ariba solutions to provide innovative insights to clients.Qualifications:• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP Ariba modules.• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.• Proficiency in SAP Ariba solutions, including Ariba Buying, CIG, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Performance.• Technical skills in integration, data migration, and customization of SAP Ariba applications.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.• SAP Ariba certification(s) is a plus.• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is beneficial.Key Skills:1.
