  • NP - 30/60 Days/ Immediate



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead full-cycle implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to understand planning needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Design and build complex financial models, dashboards, and reports.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in business development activities including proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and solution adoption.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning systems, with at least 5 years in Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Minimum of 5 Adaptive Planning implementations.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning certification highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
