Interview mode : Walking drive (24th Jan'26 (Saturday) Role : Command Center Operator – Level 1 (NOC Operations)Experience : 3 to 5 YearsLocation : Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, IndiaJob Title: Command Center Shift Lead (L1/L2) Job Summary: The Shift Lead oversees day-to-day operations of the Command Center during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth monitoring, incident management, and adherence to SOPs. This role acts as the escalation point for L1 operators and coordinates with L2/L3 teams for timely resolution of critical issues. Key Responsibilities: Shift Oversight: Supervise L1 operators during the shift; ensure compliance with monitoring and triage processes. Incident Escalation: Act as the first escalation point for unresolved/high-impact incidents; coordinate with L2/L3 teams. Major Event Coordination: Lead during DR drills, major releases, and high-impact events. Shift Handover: Validate shift logs and ensure accurate handover documentation. Performance Monitoring: Track shift KPIs and report anomalies or improvement areas. Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates on outages and critical incidents. Readiness Checks: Conduct daily readiness calls and ensure operational preparedness. Documentation & SOP Compliance: Maintain and update SOPs; ensure team adherence. Tool Proficiency: ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Control-M, MoveIT, Azure, Rubrik, ASG Zena, PowerBI. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 3+ years in IT operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of network operations, application support, and incident management. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams under pressure and make quick decisions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement. Certifications: ITIL Foundation certified
