Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on interview performance)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact between our partner pharmacies in the USA and their customers, helping resolve queries and provide support with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats related to pharmacy services

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently

Maintain clear records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service quality

Ensure compliance with client and company guidelines

Requirements:

Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory

Good mathematical skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Previous customer support experience is a plus

Compensation:

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on interview and skills)
