Role Description :

As a Backend Developer, you will play a crucial role in building the foundation of our software products. You will work closely with the product team to translate ideas into tangible business value, leveraging your expertise in backend development and distributed systems. Your ability to mentor junior team members and perform code reviews will contribute to the overall growth and success of our team.

Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of the development and delivery of new products and features.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. -

- Contribute to the design and architecture of our backend APIs and fund management systems.

- Design and implement scalable and robust backend solutions.

- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.

- Maintain the overall quality of our codebase through code reviews and testing.

- Implement automated testing strategies to ensure reliability and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Mentor and assist younger members of the team, sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Collaborate with the product team to translate powerful ideas into everyday business value.

- Identify and solve complex technical problems.

- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and approaches.

- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 4+ years of professional software development experience, focusing on backend systems.

Technical Skills :

- Firm grasp of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#).

- Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Flask, Node.js).

- Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
