Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation of written tests for new applicants for English
  • Interviews of new applicants
  • Assigning training assignments to trainees
  • Reviewing the submitted assignments and providing perceptive feedback
  • Creating training modules/Documents for the new trainees
  • Calls/meetings on a regular basis with the trainees as well as tutors
  • Catering to the doubts and concerns of the team
  • Keeping a close eye on the attendance/productivity of the team
  • Completing internal reviews for the tutors to identify and rectify any quality concerns
  • Identifying any tutors with serious quality concerns for additional training
  • Identifying and resolving any error patterns from quantitative/qualitative data of tutors (Ratings, A%, O%, Reviews (Minimal/Elevated/Critical) etc.
  • Maintaining internal trackers for tutors & trainees
  • Taking responsibility for tutors' performance and growth

Preference: Prior experience as an English Teacher/trainer

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English (written & oral)
  • Good training skills – ability to train thoroughly, fluently, and confidently, answer questions posed by tutors/trainees politely and professionally

Education Qualification Required- BA/MA in English
