As we expand our presence in SaaS, SAP, software services, AI solutions, and professional consulting, we are looking for a skilled Website Developer who has strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development, website performance, CMS platforms, and responsive design.

Role Description

• We are hiring a Website Developer with 2–3 years of experience in website development, front-end development, back-end development, CMS management, and website performance optimization.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build, maintain, and optimize websites and landing pages;
  integrate APIs and third-party tools;
  understand how website speed and structure affect SEO and user experience;
  and troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues.
• The candidate should be able to support website design implementation, coding, CMS updates, landing page development, bug fixes, performance optimization, and coordination with design and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
• Build and customize websites on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar tools.
• Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, cross-browser compatible, and optimized for speed and performance.
• Coordinate with designers to convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
• Integrate APIs, plugins, third-party tools, forms, and analytics tracking codes into websites.
• Perform regular website testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to fix bugs, broken links, and performance issues.
• Implement on-page technical SEO elements such as meta tags, schema markup, sitemap, and page speed optimization in coordination with the marketing team.
• Manage website hosting, domain settings, SSL certificates, and basic server-side configurations.
• Maintain website security, backups, and version control using tools like Git.
• Update website content, images, blogs, and landing pages as required.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and digital marketing team members for campaign landing pages and website updates.
• Monitor website uptime, loading speed, and technical performance using relevant tools.
• Stay updated with new web development technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in website development, front-end development, back-end development, or full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
• Working knowledge of frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, or jQuery is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.Js, or Python is a plus.
• Experience with website hosting, domain management, SSL setup, and basic server administration.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Understanding of website performance optimization, page speed, and basic technical SEO.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with timelines, sprints, and multiple ongoing projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Web development certifications are a plus.
