About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP QM Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP QM solutions to our clients.

You will play a crucial role in understanding client business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and ensuring successful project implementations.

Position : SAP QM Consultant

Location : Bangalore/Pan India (Metro Cities)

Experience : 5-6 Years

Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Configuration : Design, configure, and implement SAP QM solutions based on client business requirements, including Quality Notifications, Inspections, Quality Planning, and Quality Control.

- Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with business users, analyze existing processes (AS-IS), and design future state processes (TO-BE). Document these processes clearly and concisely.

- Blueprint & Documentation : Create detailed functional specifications, including process flow diagrams, wireframes, and PDDs (Process Design Documents) for custom developments and configurations. Lead TO-BE sessions with business users to validate designs.

- QM Master Data Management : Manage and maintain QM master data, including Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs), Classes, Class Characteristics, Inspection Plans, Selected Sets/Code Groups, and Defect Management Records (DMRs).

- Quality Notifications & Workflow : Configure and implement Quality Notification (QM-QN) functionality, including approval workflows, to manage customer complaints, vendor complaints, and internal quality issues.

- Integration with other Modules : Ensure seamless integration of QM with other relevant SAP modules, such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales and Distribution).

- Custom Enhancements : Develop and implement custom enhancements in QM to meet specific client requirements.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Design and develop test scripts, conduct thorough testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.

- Training & User Support : Provide training and support to end-users on SAP QM processes and functionalities.

- Project Management Support : Contribute to project planning, execution, and reporting. Adhere to project methodologies and timelines.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP QM functionalities and best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.

- Fiori Development (Preferred) : Develop and configure SAP QM Fiori custom applications to enhance user experience and streamline processes.

Required Skills :

- SAP QM Expertise : Extensive hands-on experience in SAP QM module, with a minimum of 2 full lifecycle QM project implementations.

- Business Process Knowledge : Strong understanding of core quality management processes, including inspection processing, customer complaints, vendor complaints, and stock transfer inspections.

- QM Master Data : Proficiency in managing QM basic data (MIC, Class, Class Characteristics, Inspection Plan, Selected Set/Code Groups, DMR).

- Quality Notifications : Deep understanding of Quality Notification (QM-QN) functionality and workflow configuration.

- Integration : Knowledge of QM integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD).

- Custom Enhancements : Experience in developing and implementing custom enhancements in QM.

- Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Excellent skills in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.

- Testing : Experience in designing and executing test scripts.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fiori (Preferred) : Experience in developing and configuring SAP QM Fiori custom applications is a significant advantage.

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.

- ABAP development skills
