Handle banking relationships with domestic and international banks. Execute FX transactions, LC/BG issuance, hedging, and international remittances. Oversee NBFC-related compliance, documentation, and reporting. Monitor interest rates, banking charges, and ensure cost-efficient fund utilization. Coordinate with finance, accounts, and management for treasury strategy and cash flow optimization. Requirements: Proven experience in Treasury & Banking roles within NBFC and International Banking. Strong understanding of forex, trade finance, and banking compliance. Excellent negotiation skills with banks and financial institutions. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
