Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for an AI Engineer focused on Agentic AI, with 3–5 years of experience. The position is located in Noida. You must have strong expertise in Generative AI, a solid product mindset, and the ability to lead and deliver. If you’ve explored frameworks like Google AgentSpace, built LLM tools, or developed agentic workflows, we want to talk.


🛠️ Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the development of GenAI & Agentic tools, LLM-based apps, and intelligent agents
  • Build and optimize multi-agent pipelines using tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or Google AgentSpace
  • Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLM/NLP models, integrate APIs, and streamline deployment
  • Manage AI engineering workflow — from research to PoC to scalable code
  • Mentor junior AI engineers and guide code quality, architecture, and debugging
  • Collaborate on client proposals, technical solutioning, and product roadmaps
  • Represent ISIR.AI in client demos and professional networks
✅ Must-Have Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML product development
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), embeddings, and tool integration
  • Practical knowledge of LangChain, AutoGen, Google AgentSpace, or similar frameworks
  • Experience building Generative AI tools, agents, or intelligent assistants
  • Strong Python skills, along with TensorFlow/PyTorch, FastAPI, Docker, and Git
  • Solid understanding of MLOps pipelines, vector stores, and model deployment
  • Great communication and product thinking

  • This role is meant strictly for candidates with 3–5 years of experience
  • If you have more than 5 years, we appreciate your interest, but this role will not match your salary expectations
  • Salary will be based on experience within this range only, regardless of more experience
