POSITIONPosition: Director & Head - Digital COE Organization: Jubilant Ingrevia LimitedLocation: NoidaReports To: Group CDIOTeam Size: 5-7 members KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and drive the enterprise-wide Digital Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, R&D etc.Lead Digital Value Realization by creating and sustaining a robust pipeline of high-impact use cases, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and agreed criteria.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process gaps, automation opportunities, and optimization levers across core functions.Champion implementation of advanced technologies including AI/ML, Generative AI, IoT, and Automation, ensuring successful deployment and adoption across diverse use cases.Position technology as a business enabler, actively promoting best-in-class and differentiating solutions to deliver competitive advantage.Drive operational excellence through rigorous project management, agile practices, and flawless execution of digital programs within defined timelines and budgets.Manage budgets strategically, ensuring cost optimization, higher ROI, and effective utilization of internal and outsourced teams.Build strong AI and Digital talent pool, lead organizational talent strategy, fostering internal capability development and building high-performing, motivated teams.Govern and continuously improve digital operations, measuring business value realization and increasing penetration and adoption of implemented technologies.Partner with business leaders to translate opportunities into actionable digital solutions, leading value discovery, business case development, and techno-functional scoping.Implement an Innovation Factory approach, driving initiatives from opportunity identification to proof-of-concept and full-scale operationalization.Conduct techno-commercial evaluations to select best-fit digital solutions and govern partner and internal teams for successful implementation and change management.Educate and upskill business teams through workshops, ecosystem connects, and training on emerging digital capabilities.Track and report value realization through a defined framework, ensuring sustained benefits from delivered projects.Continuously scan emerging trends in digital technologies and integrate relevant innovations into business processes.Alignment with Executive leadership – should be able to communicate effectively and align with executive leadership.PERSONQualifications & Experience15-18 years of relevant experienceB.
