Styl Inc. is a leading bridal styling and personal shopping consultancy committed to transforming a bride's vision into a timeless and elegant reality. We specialise in curating head-to-toe looks that blend tradition, trends, and individual style. We work closely with families across India and abroad to deliver a seamless and bespoke wedding wardrobe experience.

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and creative Fashion Stylist who will directly work with brides to design and curate their wedding looks. This role requires an individual who understands fashion, communicates effortlessly, and can manage clients end-to-end—from consultations to final fittings.

·      Conduct personal styling consultations with brides, understanding their preferences, personality, wedding functions, and overall vision.

·      Curate complete bridal looks for each event: outfit, jewelry, hair, makeup, accessories.

·      Assist with or lead shopping appointments (in-store and virtual), including shopping from designers, boutiques, and labels.

·      Maintain and grow relationships with key designers, vendors, and boutiques.

·      Coordinate fittings, alterations, and trial sessions.

·      Provide visual mood boards, lookbooks, and styling references for clients.

·      Work alongside the founder on projects, NRI clientele, or international styling assignments.

·      Ensure a smooth and luxurious client experience throughout the bridal styling journey.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fashion styling, personal shopping, bridal consulting, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Indian bridal fashion across cultures and regions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with travel and working flexible hours during peak wedding seasons.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is acceptable, provided the candidate has a strong acumen for styling.
• Prior experience working with brides or in a fashion/luxury setting is highly preferred.

·     Understanding of bridal wear designers, makeup artists, and accessory vendors

·     Understanding of wedding aesthetics, photography styling, and outfit coordination across multi-day functions

·     Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling techniques, and brands

·     Excellent sense of colour, proportion, and garment fit

·     Strong communication and organizational skills

·     Familiarity with fashion software/tools (e.g., Canva, Pinterest, styling apps).

·     Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment

·     Portfolio of past styling work is required
