The Role

Experience in Insurance domainof P&C. 


• Creating, analyzing, andvalidating detailed functional specifications.


• Understanding the needs ofclient stakeholders & facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongstthem.


• Identifying the current- andfuture-state business processes.


• Helping the businessstakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change tosupport the future.


• Excellent documentationcapabilities on requirement documents (backlog, stories, functional specs),wireframe/prototyping, systems design, including data migration rules, businessrules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.


• Facilitating design sessionswith the implementation team to define the solution and act as an interfacebetween client and development team.


• Worked in end to endimplementation of enterprise project.


• Conduct internal qualityreviews as well as UAT with the client.


• Create training materials andconduct training to client stakeholders.


• Investigate businessrequirements, opportunities and problems and to identify appropriate businessand or technological solutions which will meet the business requirements.


• Strong Experience in Claimsmanagement, Policy center, Billing & underwriting is expected. 


• Ability to create Businessrequirement document, functional requirement specification and relateddocuments.


• Document business rules bycreating detailed Use Case diagrams, Business Flow diagram, Create processmodels, data flow diagrams, activity diagrams, wireframes using MS Visio.


• Understanding of Waterfall andAGILE development methodologies.

Requirements

· 8 - 10years of experience as a BA.

· Knowledgeof Agile Development LifeCycle, Guidewire Billing Center and Claim Center.

· GuidewireBilling Center (Integration): Gather and document current and future businessrequirements by interviewing key business and IT stakeholders.

· Researchcurrent integration processes to Legacy Billing System with PolicyAdministration Systems, Accounting and Account Management Systems.

· GuidewireClaim Center (Configuration): Gather and document current and future businessrequirements by interviewing key business and IT stakeholders.

· Researchand document current and future screen design and business logic in LegacyClaim System.

· Assist inDevelopment Lifecycle (Agile) for both Billing Center (Integration) and ClaimCenter (Configuration) by assisting in the approval of requirement documents,development of test case scenarios, and coordination with internal businesspartners and IT.

·Experience in Insurance domain of P&C.

· Documentbusiness rules by creating detailed Use Case diagrams, Business Flow diagram,Create process models, data flow diagrams, activity diagrams, wireframes usingMS Visio.
