We're Hiring: Fresher Packaging Designer (Remote | Luxury Packaging | Monthly Retainer)

Are you a recent design graduate with a passion for luxury packaging and a strong eye for aesthetics? We’re seeking a Packaging Designer (Fresher) to join us on a remote, monthly retainer basis, helping to craft elegant, high-end packaging experiences that resonate with premium audiences.

About the Role

As our Packaging Designer, you'll work closely with our branding and product teams to develop packaging concepts that reflect our premium positioning. You'll bring fresh design thinking, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow in the luxury packaging industry.

• Work Type: Remote
• Monthly Retainer (Consistent workflow and mentorship provided)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate in Communication Design / Graphic Design / Industrial Design.
• Strong preference for candidates from NID (National Institute of Design) or equivalent design institutions.
• A portfolio (student or personal projects welcome) showcasing thoughtful packaging or branding work.
• Passion for luxury aesthetics – minimalism, detail, materials, and finish.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic mock-up rendering.
• Basic understanding of print processes, dielines, and packaging materials is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with a refined visual sense.
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Able to communicate design ideas clearly.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Aware of trends in luxury branding and design.
