Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Back Office Operations professional to join our Mumbai team. As a full-time position, you will support our back-office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience working in back-office roles.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry to ensure accurate and efficient input of business-related information across various platforms (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and streamline client interactions and data effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with document management systems for organizing, storing, and retrieving company documents (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for preparing and managing office tasks.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to aid in the integration and management of business processes.
