In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our core web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. You will have the opportunity to work across the entire stack, contributing to both front-end and back-end development, and playing a key role in bringing new features and functionalities to life.Responsibilities:● Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies.● Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to development, testing, deployment, and support.● Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.● Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.● Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.● Develop and integrate APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.● Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.● Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, contributing to continuousimprovement of our tech stack.Required Skills and Experience:● 4-5 years of professional experience in fullstack web development.● Exceptional proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).● Strong hands-on experience with Next.js or React.js (or similar modern JavaScriptframeworks like Vue.js/Angular, with a strong willingness to adapt to Next.js/React.js).● Solid understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.● Experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs.● Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).● Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bonus Points (Nice to Have):● Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).● Familiarity with microservices architecture.● Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.● Experience with e-commerce platforms or D2C businesses.Why Join Kapiva?● Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing D2C brand in the exciting Ayurvedic space.● Work on impactful projects that directly contribute to our customer experience and business growth.● Collaborative and supportive work environment.● Opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement.● Competitive salary and benefits package.
