Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Procurement Manager. The Senior Procurement Manager will oversee supplier evaluation and relationships, lead contract negotiations, and manage procurement activities to optimize cost and quality. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, analyzing market trends, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end procurement processes and develop strategic supply chain solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes Expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and optimize operations Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities to manage procurement strategies Proficiency in procurement standards, compliance, and supply chain management Proven experience in similar roles, preferably within multinational or large corporations Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
