A Leading KPO in Chennai is looking for US accounts professional who is good in Quickbooks.

Job Location: Chennai

Mode of Work: Work from Office & night shifts (One way cab)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client invoices, ensuring timely 

payments, and resolving billing-related discrepancies. This role requires a high level of accuracy, 

excellent communication skills, and proficiency in financial software. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Invoice Preparation: Create and issue invoices for clients based on the services they 

have utilized, ensuring all charges are accurate. 

∙Client Account Management: Maintain and update client records, tracking services 

provided and corresponding charges to client accounts. 

∙Payment Organization: Organize, record, and update incoming payments from clients, 

ensuring proper allocation to respective accounts. 

∙Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any billing issues, discrepancies, or late 

payments in collaboration with clients, healthcare companies, and insurance providers. 

∙Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports to track and analyze income, 

expenses, and payment trends. 

∙Customer Support: Address and resolve client billing inquiries, late payments, or other 

payment-related concerns by liaising with customers and relevant parties. 

∙Process Optimization: Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline the payment 

processing system through the use of software or automation. 

∙Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to improve cash flow 

management and reduce outstanding balances. 

∙Error Prevention: Implement measures to reduce billing errors, discrepancies, and the 

risk of fraudulent activities. 

Qualifications: 

∙Education: Graduation in Commerce is mandatory. CA/CMA/CS Intermediate will be 

considered an added advantage. 

∙Experience: Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role in a 

financial setting, preferably in the US billing environment, is a plus. 

∙Technical Skills: 

Proficient in Excel for financial data analysis and reporting. 

Experience with QuickBooks  is highly preferred.
