If you're passionate about international education and have a background in processing or administration, this is your chance to help students turn their global education dreams into reality.Designation: Overseas Processing specialistQualification: Any graduates with good communication skillsExperience: 2 years minimum in Overseas education with expertise in US and Australian Applicationprocessing . Job Description:The ideal candidate must have proven experience in processing and documentation, within education, immigration, or international student services. Key Responsibilities:• Analyse the student profile before starting the process• Handle and process student applications for studying abroad in the US/ Australia- accurately and efficiently. • Verify and maintain documentation related to student admissions, visas, and scholarships. • Coordinate communication between students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines for student processing. • Update and manage student records, databases, and application statuses. • Support the Study Abroad team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed. • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the application process. Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in any discipline. • Minimum 2 years of work experience in application processing, admissions, in the study abroad field only. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office and database management. • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Added Attributes:• Knowledge of international education systems or visa processes. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Employment TypeFull-time
