We design personalized interventions to address each child's unique developmental and behavioral needs, ensuring they receive the support needed to reach their full potential.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Kozhikode. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing and implementing personalized therapy plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's developmental progress. Communication with families and caregivers to guide them in supporting their child's growth is also a key part of this role.QualificationsProficiency in Speech Therapy, Speech, and Dysphagia managementKnowledge and experience in dealing with Communication and Language DisordersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamPediatric experience is an advantageBachelors's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related fieldValid licensure/certification in Speech-Language PathologyFreshers can also apply
