We are seeking Master Trainers / Trainers/ Lead Facilitators who will lead from the front—training, mentoring, and empowering educators to bring this vision alive in classrooms across India.
About the Role
As a Master Trainer / Lead Facilitator, you will:
- Design and deliver transformative teacher training programs, grounded in experiential pedagogies and Indian Knowledge Systems
- Facilitate interactive workshops and learning journeys for school leaders, educators, and stakeholders
- Provide on-ground or virtual mentoring and coaching to teachers and school teams
- Support implementation of Curriculture's integrated learning modules and facilitate institutional change
- Work closely with our curriculum, research, and program teams to co-create training content, tools, and resources
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree (or B.Ed + relevant experience) in Education, Teacher Training, Indian Knowledge Systems, Psychology, or related fields
- Familiarity with National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, NCF 2023, and Foundational Literacy & Numeracy frameworks preferred
- At least 5–8 years of experience in teacher training, educational facilitation, or school transformation roles in CBSE/ICSE/state or alternative school networks
- Prior experience in delivering professional development programs for educators, school leaders, or government stakeholders
Key Skills & Competencies
Pedagogical Expertise:
- Proficiency in child-centered, activity-based, or experiential learning approaches
- Exposure to alternative pedagogies (Montessori, project-based learning, IKS-based models) is a strong advantage
Facilitation & Training:
- Excellent classroom management and adult facilitation skills (in-person and virtual)
- Ability to design workshop content, training modules, and capacity-building toolkits
Cultural & Philosophical Understanding:
- Strong grounding in Indian culture, festivals, philosophies, and local knowledge systems
- Ability to connect pedagogy to Indian traditions, language, ecology, and values
Soft Skills:
- Compassionate leadership, reflective listening, and strong interpersonal communication
- Comfort with multiple stakeholders (teachers, principals, NGO partners, education departments)
- Fluency in English and at least one Indian language is essential
- Comfortable with digital tools (PowerPoint, Google Suite, online facilitation platforms)
